Mean Serum Level of C-reactive protein in Moderate and Severe Acne Patients

Objective: To determine the mean serum level of C-reactive protein in moderate and severe acne patients visiting to a tertiary care hospital.
 Setting Duration Study: This study was conducted at Department Dermatology, Liaquat University Medical & Health Sciences (LUMHS), Jamshoro, Pakistan, from November 3, 2020 May 2, 2021.
 Materials Methods: dermatology, 2021. An inform consent also taken prior enrolment study. The selected participants were referred laboratory for hypersensitive-CRP (Hs-CRP) measurement. All any gender, aged between 16 40 years associated with duration more than 3 months included this Effect modifiers controlled through stratification age, acne, severity (moderate / severe) these stratified groups compared by applying independent sample t-test using P ≤ 0.05 as significant.
 Results: Mean ± SD age 22.7±5.3 years. 4.15±1.2 (μg/ml). In distribution out 56 patients, 30 (53.6%) male while 26 (46.4%) female. Out 21 (37.5%) had vulgaris 35 (62.5%) Acne vulgaris.
 Conclusion: It is be concluded that high patients. Epidemiological research data should expanded further studies validate current findings.
